The global messages outline the important facts and positions that we want to communicate. They should shape but not dictate the localised messages communicated at market level, and they don’t need to be used verbatim.
The global messages are reviewed and revised quarterly as our corporate priorities develop, so it is important to check that you’re working from the most recent version.
You will also find the proofs and references to support each of our messages, relating both to our achievements as a company, and to the external research that guides our thinking on issues like climate change.
